Head ppulling off of Paige's, the female let out an unnatural noise, or atleast, one she had yet to create in her own body. The sound was half way between a whimper and a squeal.. Perhaps giving the meanings of both.
New Life? What Could be meant by that? Suddenly the two phrases wove themselves together.. So that's what it meant- to have a baby. To have a baby was to give new life. A long grunt was emitted to show Paige she understood.
At this statement of new life, Shock's ears folded back and her chin went up. Had their rashness harmed this baby? Lower lip quivered and she took a slow step foreward. Where could a baby hide? From what she had heard, they were not quite small enough to fit within a pocket.
A low pitched whimper was emitted as the female drew up, eye level with Paige's lap. Dark eyes of golden hue focused upon her mistress's stomach.. Maybe, just maybe, thats where it was hidden. A questioning bark emerged from the female's quivering mouth.
A glance over her shoulder was directed at Sampson. And he said she was weak, wimpering over things of no importance!
Amber eyes returned to Paige as she placed her forepaws to the knees of her dear mistress to project herself up ward. Now, standing upon her two hind legs, forepaws on Paige's knees supporting her, the female cocked her head, tongue rolling out the side of her mouth. She wanted to experiance this "new life" first hand.
Fire continuesly leaped in the pit, dancing off the ashen brick walls. The flames roared upward before spining and twisting, how free they were; how majestic. If only everyone could go back to that; if only every one was slightly more carefree and moved in unison. If only..
