When no response came from Plat, the female sighed softly and rolled her eyes back to look up at the ceiling. Was it really so long ago that everything made sense- that everything was okay?

Hearing the door open, the female's ears immediatly jumped into an erect position as her eyes fled around the room. She watched as Sampson hobbled towards his dog bed, ears still rigid. Folding her legs under her she pulled herself into an upright position. She took a few steps closer, neckoutstretched while her nose fought to gather a scent. Blood. Fresh from the seems of it..

"Sampson.." She said softly, anticipating the moment he'd drive her away.
