My child was taking from school here in the state of North Carolina and taking to the state of California by her mother. Her mother walked out over 2yrs ago and I've been raising our daughter by myself. She is in the state of Ca, living with a registered sex-offender, who in the past offended my daughter with the knowledge of her mother and grand-mother. The state of NC will not help me to get her back stating that the mother broke no law. The school that she was taking from did not honor that her mother was not to remove the child from school. The same school here is ignoring me and my concerns. I am a black man who was raising his daughter because of her mother's abuse on us. Please help, more info if needed.
