Winner will receive a 10 in crown, custom sash, large trophy, & Photo will be used for on website. (MUST ENTER TO BE ELIGIBLE) Grand Supreme Winners 0-4 & 5 & up This is the contestant with the highest score of the day after Grand Elite is pulled. Winners will receive a beautiful large crown, large trophy, & a Custom Sash. (INCLUDED IN PACKAGE) Mini Supreme Winners 0-4 & 5 & up This is the winner with the second highest score after the Elite & grand Supremes winners are pulled. Winners will receive a beautiful large crown, large trophy & a Custom Sash.( MUST ENTER TO BE ELIGIBLE) If by any chance there isn’t enough contestants, there could be a change in the age division for the Supremes, meaning if not enough in the 5 & up then it could be changed from 0-3 & 4 & up. Or if we get 20 or more contestants it will be broken down to 0-3, 4-7, & 8-up Overalls will receive a sash & a tiara Age Division optionals will include most beautiful/handsome, most eye-catching, best personality, best dressed, prettiest smile, prettiest hair, prettiest eyes, & judges choice winners will receive a small trophy Queens/Kings winners will receive a beautiful crown, sash, & a trophy Alternates will receive a small crown, & a trophy. Participation All contestants will received a trophy, gift, & crown Helping Hands Toy Drive, each contestant must bring to pageant a new $5.00 toy for the toy drive for the needy kids of Leslie County. This is mandatory or you will be charged an extra $5.00 to your pageant fee. Go to website to get more info on this. You can also win awards by receiving points each time you do our pageants. Age Divisions: Girls 0-12 mths, 13- 23 mths, 2 yrs, 3yrs,4-5yrs, 6-7 yrs, 8-9yrs, 10-12yrs, 13-15yrs, & 16-up Boys: 0-12mths, 13-23mths, 2-4yrs, & 5-up (BOYS WILL HAVE THEIR OWN GRAND SUPREME WITH AT LEAST 3 BOYS) I reserve the right to cancel or combine any age group with less than 2 contestants. Anyone married or with children can enter pageant Sibling Discount is 1/2 of 1st Childs fee, if 1st child has a discount the 2nd child still has to pay ½ of the original amount of first child! General Information & Rules Contestants will model in a T formation ( 3x's in back & 1 in front). No refunds will be given! If pageant is post-poned your entry fee will be forwarded to the next pageant. Admission will be $7.00 for ages 12 & up, children 5-11 will be $3.00, under 5 & contestants are free. Admission is for judges, room rental, & clean-up. All judges are highly qualified & their decisions are final!! Anyone showing poor sportsmanship will be disqualified & asked to leave without any awards or refunds! Pageants are for fun & to meet new people, so please treat everyone as you would like to be treated! SCORE SHEETS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER PAGEANT! NOONE IS TO ENTER THE BUILDING BEFORE 1:45P.M. THIS GIVES US TIME TO GET EVERYTHING READY WITHOUT INTERUPTIONS !!! Pageant will begin at 2:30pm . with registration from 1:45- 2:15p.m All Awards can & will be reduced if not enough contestants enter pageant!! Names of other contestants will not be given out so please DO NOT call & ask for this info!! Any kind of modeling allowed, but modeling will not be scored. Can bring your own music or we will have some. Please label CD with name & song #. Hair/ Make-up are allowed, but are not required, Judges will not be looking at this. Only facial beauty, first impression, & personality. SCORE SHEETS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER PAGEANT There will be extras at door offered & are completely optional. Extra's will include 10 overalls, Grand Elite (this will be the highest score of the entire pageant),& 2 Mini Supremes, these will be extra & are completely optional. People's Choice will also be offered, each contestant will have a jar with their number on it & the one with the most amount of votes will win. Each vote is $1.00 & can be collected from family, friends, & business! Winner will receive a custom sash & a nice crown!! Referrals If you want to do referrals you will receive $10.00 for each referral you get, if you get 5 referrals you will receive the $50.00 supreme package for free. 6 referrals will get to enter entire pageant for free, & receive an a 5 in crown & custom sash. All referrals must show up on this pageant date. You will need to get your deposit in by deadline & when the referrals pay their deposit you will be refunded your deposit at the door. Ticket Sales Sell 35 receive $25.00 off pageant, Sell 70 receive basic supreme package free Sell 90 receive entire pageant free , Sell 110 receive entire pageant free & receive 5 in crown & custom sash.
