Congrats Miss Phoenix on you new tilte Toddler Miss and Master Valentine Pageant and best dress!!! Even though you were sick you did a great job. We love you!
Also congrats to Kerri, Samantha, Marissa, Emily, and Morgan you all looked and did a great job.
