You're column is great. I have to admit, I don't catch as often as I should but I always have it in the back of my mind.

You make a very good point. Yes, the internet is a "microcosm" of the real world. Not everyone has access to the net and not everyone who has access to the net feels comfortable negotiating it but if a couple or actor does have a bit of a substantial following we'll see it pop up on the net.


And mediadomain while not perfect is a reflection of that microcosm. You get a little bit of everything on Mediadomain. Tim Gibbs had "Fiona" for his cheerleading section and the biggest anti-popular following is Blendie. They have sites dedicated to the couple. Yep, on occasion you'll one or two posts gushing about John & Rae.

But I'm sorry, I just don't see any posts on Mediadomain or other OLTL websites GUSHING over Bo & Melanie. I have to say, I don't think there's a substainal following for this pairing. If there was I think we would send it by now.
