Abunda is under investigation by the Music Inside Buzz for
his possible involvement in causing Regine Velasquez to lose
her U.S. visa temporarily with the U.S. Embassy and for
Regine being forced to cancel her Canada shows for non-
payment of the advance. Abunda had the gall to be her media
publicist at the time. The case was never brought to court
for obvious reasons.. the mastermind was the one who is
giving her advice on what to do and not do.

Abunda is the person who was sourced as the media
practitioner who started the Regine-Ogie rumors.
Both are clients under BACKROOM. He is also the
one sourced for the Kuh Ledesma-Regine Velasquez
lesbian rumors a few years ago. As well as the
one who is attacking Regine through tabloids
every single time Regine is out of the country
on tour or accepting an award from MTV-ASIA.

Abunda is also under close watch for being the one who
was attacking Lucy Torres and many of the media attacks
against Pops Fernadez while covering up stories that
never came to light with some of his male clients like
Martin Nievera. ( see PhilMusic for story about Martin
claiming he wrote a song that turned out to be written
by a foreign song writer.

This publicist/writer/manager/tv host is out of control!

Its up to music and tv fans to bring these concerns to
the attention of managers of both tv station and record
companies before he causes more pain to the artists
most of us admire.

That show THE BUZZ may have to be taken off the air if
it is found they are using the show to let Abunda attack
those he is envious or jealous about or plainly dislikes.

There is a fine line between what is a showbiz gimik
and a personal media attack against people. And Abunda
has crossed that line already.

It was said he is attacking Regine because it was the
request of her ex-handlers for leaving her old management
company. But that was almost more than 5 years ago! So
why is Abunda attacking her up to now?! He is out of
line and needs to be publicly cited. GMA-7 should
be informed and do what they can to protect their top
artists.
