He doesn't really know what say in response to the last statement, said in such an off-hand way as though it didn't really matter whether this other lived or died. He preferred verbal sparring to physical violence and most certainly did not endorse it, no matter what the implications may be. However, bad matters was not to be tolerated, and even the youngest of foals should understand and respect others, even if it meant swallowing one's own pride. "I sincerely hope it will not have to come to that." He replies after a slight pause.
