ooc - If you know a mustang over 17.2 hh, then you've witnessed a odd, odd thing. Unless your charry is a mutant mustang, lol, then no foal mustang or adult mustang is over 17.2

Demon, who is a thoroughbred, on the other hand is easily 17.2 hh
