Miss Platinum Supreme Photo Contest Rules:
1. Contest deadline is the 30th of every month in 2005.
2. Each contestant must send in one photo and a $10.00 entry fee by
check or money order payable to: Platinumized Models.
3. Each contestant must complete and sign the entry form if 18 years of age or
older. Contestants under 18 years of age must have a parent/ guardian sign the entry form.
4. Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of prizes. All photos returned with prizes.
5. If entry form is not signed, photo will not be entered in the contest.
6. Contest or contest director is not responsible for photos lost or damaged in the mail.
7. Winners/ Runners-up will be selected by an overall score
of three judges, based on beauty, model potential, and personality.
8. A complete entry must include one photo, a completed signed entry form,
and a $10.00 entry fee. By signing, contestant agrees and understands all rules to the contest.
