I have an 87 HF
I know for certain that HF/DX Fenders are available aftermarket from
Keystone 904-354-2400 on Dennis St (Near Stockton St)Jacksonville, FL
and
BPA (Body Parts of America) 904-693-2400 on Cassat Avenue
Jacksonville, FL

I know because I ordered them for myself.

Header panel is ONLY at Keystone, they didn't have many, I bought one (shop price) $99.00 back in June

all aftermarket parts come black and NOT ready to paint, you MUST sand the hell out of them!!!

As for the sideskirt piece, if it's the one on the door, Honda lists it as:
75845-SB2-010ZZ GARNISH, L. FR. DOOR SKIN $143.67

if it is the other piece that goes under the door and under the gas filler:
70419-SB2-020ZZ GARNISH, L. SIDE SILL $159.64

the above numbers are the OEM numbers you give the PARTS dep't at HONDA to order the parts, the prices are from San Leandro Honda, in California (they are the only online parts catalog I have found yet)

I myself will be ordering the door piece, but I have had minor success in repairing my broken ones (too early to tell how good the repairs are long term)... I haven't put them on yet. More bodywork needed before I try. I am a pack rat, so getting new ones will be for me later, when I get tired and want to go back to a stock look.

The Si information from Honda is as follows:
75845-SB2-970ZZ GARNISH, L. FR. DOOR SKIN $143.67

70419-SB2-902ZZ GARNISH, L. SIDE SILL $159.64

61161-SB2-670ZZ PANEL, L. FR. FENDER $186.62

61181-SB2-040ZZ (header panel) MASK, FR. $206.48
