Everything sounds right up my alley, except the 100 mile part. You're crazy, an inspiration, and you have my total support, but I'm still working on the basics. I am glad to report that I have been working out at least and hour at least 5 times a week for 2 months. I'm tired, constantly sore, 11 lbs lighter. I got promoted (unfortunately) and am much busier but still scheduled time to work out. So, not a 100 miler yet, but maybe a sprint adventure race next spring.

Keep us posted on everything. I haven't checked your site in a while. Have to get there.
