It's a rec boat all the way. Picture a Cadillac version of an Old Town Otter. I've had it down the "rapids" on the Huron tons of times, the Sturgeon twice, and the Bois Brule in NW Wisconsin once. It handles Great Lakes region rivers just fine, but it does plow water. Not that I want to get into a throw down, but you may have a tough time w/ the capacity rating of the boat. It's blue-marbled. The beam is HUGE, it's short (9') and light (35 lbs soaking wet). Retails for $390. Yours for the low low price of $250. Comes w/ 'character scratches' and a fishing rod mount (or gun turrent w/ a little modification). I'll toss in a sort-of broken paddle and cheap life jacket for another $30.

At this price how can you afford NOT to buy it?
