Date Posted: 17:49:43 02/14/04 Sat In reply to: Pathfinder 's message, "Re: Car Spotting - Soo Lock Expedition" on 17:44:44 02/14/04 Sat Sorry about the previous "nothing" post. Good question Jamie. The answer to that will actually become clear as we find out exactly who is going. But, we usually drop two or three vehicles that can haul all the equipment and people at the take out and take a trailer or equal vehicles to the launch. It is not unsual to travel 50-60 miles between those points. We have done that in Canada. At times, we also hire a local outfitter or known citizen to give us a ride while we leave our vehicles at the take out or at a secure location. Unfortunately, without knowing a number of people going yet, it is quite hard to know how we will do it here. We won't know until a week or less be for the expedition.
