Subject: WARNING TO FUTURE AYS PAGEANT GOERS!!!!

WARNING ABOUT AMERICA’S YOUTH SHOWCASE PAGEANTS IN OKLAHOMA, ARKANSAS AND MISSOURI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please stay away from RITA BROWN’S pageant system. She allows baby bashers, and does LOTS of gossiping on her own. She’ll rope you in with promises of wins and her “Sunday Best” policy. Don’t be fooled, by the time that you go to 2-3 prelims, you’ll have it figured out and you’ll own a national level dress and at least 3 things from her shop, plus that Wal-Mart, Sears, MotoPhoto, Picture People picture you had done will be hanging in your house with the local high dollar photographers photo in your pageant Tupper wear box. Don’t think that I’m a mom who’s just upset that their daughter didn’t win with her, because in fact she Queened each time we went to a prelim (all 4) and she won the Regional Title in April of this year. Rita allowed a mom to bad mouth my 14 month old to her (Rita) and all over the internet. I don’t know why fellow pageant mom’s won’t stop this, but I guess this is just one of the hurtles that you have to climb when your child is out doing their best. PAGEANTS SHOULD BE FOR FUN, NOT FOR MOM’S TO PICK APART OTHER BABIES!!! So please as a warning from someone who spent TOO MUCH MONEY in A Star Is Born, and way too much in pageants…please there’s other great systems out there I’m sure! I mean how many times to you find a pageant system that gives you pageant store credit as an award when you Queen at a large pageant, get Queen Of Queen points for shopping in their store, get told you don’t need a national level dress just to show up at a prelim and be the only one without one on, has a director who will gossip about other parents to you, (Sticklemyers if you’re reading this CALL RITA, everyone knows why you can’t go to nationals, and they shouldn’t), and will admit that judges have their favorites that they can’t overlook. (I was told that about my daughter) She’ll be nice to you on the phone and at the prelims, she needs the money her nationals pageant so far has 4 Babies in 0-11 3 in 12-23 6 2-3 and I’m not sure about the rest, now for paying around $400 to enter, then all your Branson expenses I don’t think this is a very fair deal. SO PLEASE AS A PLEA TO SAVE YOU MONEY AND STRESS……STAY AWAY!
