If you dudes don't have this book, go get it. I've happily been on "50%" of it for 6 months or so and last month just finally started doing the diet the way it was intended and it really does work 10 times faster than the Anabolic Diet. Thought I'd never say that but...

The Mistakes I was making were:

1. Carb loading was really a "cheat" meal and not focussed on starchy carbs.

2. Working out MORE than was recommended. Weights 2 or more days in a row f*cks with HG and testosterone. Actually the EAS Body for Life workout schedule is just like this, it's one redeaming quality. Now I workout my entire body with weights every other day and when cycles switch (low to high rep or other way around) I take an extra day off. Non lifting days are for tennis, walking, whatever is aerobic or close to it. Reason being GH and Testosterone are higher than they were the previous day (even after lifting) and this is the time to cash in on your hard work- either rest and eat or do something to burn fat.

3. Not eating frequently enough. Now I eat every 4 hours whether I'm hungry or not. It really does make a difference.

4. Sleep. Not staying up at night on the computer no more.
