I haven't read anything where Bush has said Kerry is running "a vicious campaign." On the contrary, Kerry and the Democrats have dubbed Bush's questioning of Kerry's votes in the Senate as "questioning his patriotism," and now when Bush uses but one second of footage of 9/11 to point to his national security policies, he's branded as "insensitive" or worse.

Hey -- do you think Franklin Roosevelt ran on Pearl Harbor and WW II during his campaigns? Absolutely. And there are even FDR campaign buttons that say "Remember Pearl Harbor." Yeesh, can you imagine Dimitri's and others' whining if Bush produced buttons that say "Remember 9/11"?
