Nikita paced her room waiting patiently for Angela to arrive. She would just settle with news about Michael. To know he was in the same house would satisfy her…well, almost.
She heard her door creak open and she turned to see his green eyes staring back at her. She forgot to breathe as her eyes penetrated his. She was in her nightgown and was about to cover herself with a robe. She stopped herself and figured he would be seeing all of this in a week.
Michael’s heart could be heard throughout his whole body when he first saw his angel. She stood there like an innocent rose in the moonlight begging to be plucked. He smiled at bit at the site of her.
He shut the door and just stood there. He bowed to her and said, “Hello Nikita.”
She shut her eyes at sound of her name being rolled off his tongue. She opened her eyes and walked over to him. She wanted to touch him and did not care what he thought. She bolted over to him and threw herself into his arms.
She placed her lips on his and opened his mouth with her tongue. He responded back and placed his hands on her back during the onslaught. She kissed with so much passion and he responded back equivocally. No breath passed between. Swirling tongues, roaming hands. Passion radiated greatly from the couple. She stopped kissing him to catch her breath.
She looked straight into his eyes and saw his breathing, “Hey stranger. I missed you.”
He placed his forehead on hers and replied, “I miss you too, very much. Thank you for the welcome home kiss.”
She bit her lip and looked down at his. “Hope I was not too forward. I just craved touching you the moment you walked into my room.”
Michael looked down at her lips and responded, “Well I should say hello back.”
He plunged his mouth onto hers and lifted her up into his arms. He turned her around and pushed her back against the door. They were kissing fervently. Michael buckled her knees and planted her against the door. He had never felt this type of attraction or pull to any woman. He could not get enough of her.
He hand stroked her breast through her nightgown. He attacked her neck and kissed every inch of it. Nikita moaned his name, “Michael!”
He silenced her with his mouth and wanted to go further. His mind stopped him and he pulled his head back. Heavy breathing came from both of them.
She looked into his eyes asking why he stopped. He answered, “Not now. Its not the right time.”
He backed off of her and pushed back his hair. Nikita wanted to understand his meaning. “Did I do something wrong?”
Michael took her back into his arms and hugged her, “No, never. You are beautiful and wonderful.” He pulled her chin up to meet his. “I have never felt this passionate about any woman. I want it to be when we are wed.”
“Michael, I want to speak to you on serious terms before we marry.”
Michael listened intently and urged her to continue. “I want our first time to be special. Not a simple action to make me a woman or create an heir. I want to feel ready on our wedding night. I know this may be not want you wish to hear….”
He closed his mouth over hers with a kiss. God, she loved his kisses. They awakened a heat in her that she had never felt while with Gray.
He looked into her eyes and said, “I want you to always tell me the truth. I want you to feel ready when we make love for the first time.”
Nikita smiled and said, “I think I am falling in love.”
Michael smiled and kissed her lightly, “You think?” He laughed softly.
Nikita said, “Our wedding is only a few days away.”
He replied, “That is just too long. I cannot wait to make you my wife, Nikita. You have awoken in me feelings that I thought were lost.”
Nikita asked shyly, “Is that your way of telling me you are falling for me too?” She put her eyes down. He lifted her chin up to look at him.
“Consider that a yes. Nikita, I know you a bit scared due to your inexperience and my years of life being more than yours. You are unlike any woman I have ever met. I will always treat you with love and respect.”
Michael heard noises in the hall. “I should go. They cannot find me here.” He kissed her passionately one last time. “Till our wedding day.”
He looked at her one last time before he left. Nikita was overwhelmed with emotions as he left her room. She was going to be his wife. He would never take a lover again if she could help it.
The sensations that arose in her when she was with him were unexplainable. She wanted him at that very moment, but was glad that he stopped. She wanted him to love her and never want anyone else.
She went to bed and dreamed of the man she loved.
