My son talks to my mom and a couple of friends on Instant Messenger, but Kallyn doesn't much because she can't type that fast yet. She does use her cell phone though. Kids are growing up to fast, IMO. I have worked hard to keep my kids "their age", but am finding it is easier with my son than my daughter. Girls are very different. Kallyn is in middle school now and is becoming more concerned about what she wears, her hair, etc. Yes, I agree and this is an age where they start to change.... a lot! On a positive note, she is very picky about her friends and is not one to let someone change her mind about something. I think it is at this point that we have to hope and pray that we instilled strong values, morals and self-confidence, especially in our daughters!

With free email, I have had a Yahoo addy for several years and it works well. There are a lot of choices out there.
