From what Susan has researched and put on the website, it doesn't appear that any of his stage work was filmed. Books and documentaries seem nonexistent. There have been some mazagines with articles about him that occasionally show up on eBay but that's about it!

aww man, I bet he was really super good looking way back when too.
I'd love to see how much better he's gotten at performing, like what changed about his acting, thanks anyway Sue.
