I've been in a daze all day, just tired and not really wanting to be there and everything was crazy because it was homecoming today so we had the parade and the football game. When I heard it I was like "Did he just say what I think he said? Or am I just daydreaming again?" Then it showed a picture of him and I'm like "Oh my God! It's Robert Newton, he's come to save me from the dread and bordom of school!!!!" One kid said "Robert Newton, who's that?" and I gave him a 30 minute lecture on him and told him to go read his bio on the site. I think I scared the kid away! I'm about the only person in my entire school that knows who he is, last year me and my teacher were talkng about pirates and he says "Who's the hottest pirate in Hollywood?" he expected me to say Johnny Depp and I blurted out "Robert Newton!" he asked me who he was, I was shocked and disappointed, he knows EVERYTHING about pirates and he doesn't know who Robert Newton is! The only time I've ever got to teach my teacher something.

Imagine and Robert Newton being the patron saint of International Talk Like a Pirate day and your teacher didn't even know who he was!! Shame on him!! However, your teacher did make the question sound like he meant the present.

Yeah, I knew he was talking about our time zone, but Johnny Depp isn't what hit me first, Robert Newton beat him to my attention. It was funny because the look on his fce was like "Wiat, that's not what you're suppose to say."
He's funny though, It's my 2nd year having him, he only has one 10th grade class this year and the rest are 9th.
Well, at least I get to tell more people about him. =~)
