Subject: Apology (Mainly to Kiona)

Basically, what happened was this: I logged on on Feb. 5th around 4:00 or so. I hung around for a few moments, just reading and getting ready to enter. Then, Karu entered, and gave an acknowledgement to my character being there though I had not posted yet. I posted OOC that Ebony would be in the shadows, just watching until said otherwise. Then, I had to leave abbruptly and couldn't give any warning. I came back. Something weird had happened and my computer had disconnected or something. I reconnected and found that Kiona posted that I had until the count of ten to show myself. I was completely out of the loop as to what was going on.

I was told my character was being attacked. Funny thing was, there was no post where Kiona had stated her character had attacked mine. Evil computers...

That's where I got annoyed and ticked off and just generally unpleasent to be around, both IC and OOC(especially OOC).

And for that, I'm sorry. I don't usually blow up like that. I don't mind my character getting into fights, but I do mind having to leave and not being able to give warning, then coming back and finding out my character is being attacked. And having no idea what is going on or why.

So, Kiona, I'm sorry. I know this is over the internet, so there is no possible way you can know that I truely do regret what I said. I guess it was my fault really, for not posting "Be Right Back" or something like that. I really don't have any excuse for saying what I did, so I don't really deserve any clemency or grace.

I heard something about Ebony saying Maelstorm would probably kill Kiona, but I don't remember having my character say that. But that's probably due to my short term memory of conversations held between characters.

There are a few options to wrapping it all up IC. First, we can drop the whole thing and say it never happened. But I doubt you'll want to do that. Your character wouldn't just forget it, and I don't deserve for it to be dropped and forgotten. Second, we can continue it either where it was left off(somewhere along there) or from the beginning. But, I don't think neither of us would want to do that, as it would most likely drag the entire thing out again. And I don't want things to get more mixed up between us OOC than it already is. Third, it can just be assumed Kiona killed Ebony a death match. I'm open to that option, as I do deserve it.

Once again, I'm sorry. Very, very, very sorry. I should not have reacted the way I did, and should have been calm and patient and just gone along with the roleplay. You were patient and didn't blow your top like I did. You deserve an apology, seven warrior points, and a medal upgrade (if Ebony is counted as your 6+ kill).

And, I truely am sorry. I hope we can work things out, and maybe I can come back as a new character if Ebony is killed in this conflict.
