He was starting to wake up, more than refreshed from his sleep. He had been sleeping a lot lately, with nothing to do around the mansion. Everybody had been away for the Christmas season, except for him. He had to stay here and look after Sai-ling and the mansion. He had missed spending Christmas and New Years with his family, and was starting to get homesick in this country. He sat upright, then got to a standing position and wandered over to the fridge he'd recently requested to be installed. It had proved very useful, as he reached into it for a bottle of water.
