I felt the same way too, when I was fresh out of High School. Now that I look back I wish I had gotten my education degree along with my performance degree. Teaching in a private studio is great if you are single and have no evening life. However, when you settle down and decide to start having children, there is no time left for your spouse or your child. I guess I am saying try to look into your future and decide what you want out of life before you rule out becoming a teacher. Remember private studios are great, but insurance is terrible!

Let me start off saying that I LOVE to perform. BUT I
