A Road Book page (tulip navigation) will be sent out with the next Bulletin with directions to the eve of the rally hotel. This is the hotel in Tangier where signing-on and scrutineering will take place on the afternoon/evening of Monday 4th October.
Car number one will start the 3500km Atlas-Sahara 2004 at 08:01 on Tuesday 5th October and finish 9 days later, back in Tangier, at 16:00 Wednesday 13th October.
