My husband and i are losing our home and we need help!We tried getting a equity loan to pay our bills and back taxes last month but the mortgagor helping us just stop calling. He was having trouble he state because the property was on an acre and has 2 houses on it and no other property in this area has sold or has to 2 homes on it and also because 1 house is empty and we were repairing it and it still needs kitchen cabinets,pumbling,etc and the one we live in need some repairs. I hope i don't scare you off! My husband and I are on Social Security and have two children in still in school. We do have two other rental properties but we are also deliquent on mortgage or property taxes. we are so behind that we can't even buy food or pay our utilities we are living on very limited income.I went to real estate school in hope that I could do better for our family and this set us back several hundred dollars and can't even pay my affiliation with real estate so that i can get to selling houses, don't know what to do.These houses have been in our family for a long time. We really hope you can help us. My husband and I had always work he worked for Southwest Airlines for 21 yrs. and i did union leadership/bookkeeping for 21 yrs. Then in 9/2002 he suffered a heart attack and had to have 4 bypass and 6 mos later i suffered a heart attack and had a 2 bypass and had already had 2 stens.
