Ang pagkakaiba ni Marya sa ibang artista - she's a total package. Kahit saang sulok mo siya ilagay, lulutang at lulutang ang kanyang kinang, be in beauty, sa husay sa pagdadala ng damit, sa acting -drama, comedy, medyo maaction, horror, lahat ito kayang ganapin ni Marya at hindi mo siya masasabing trying hard. She can dance and sing, without being trying hard too. May talino kahit hindi nakatapos ng pag-aaral.

At tama si Larry, may pinagkakatandaan si Maricel. Mataray man ang turing sa kanya noon, she's lovable ngayon. Hindi siya ang tipong pakalat kalat na artista. Hindi siya sumasali sa politika o sa usaping hindi naman siya kasali, hindi sumasawsaw sa issue.

Pag hindi kumita ang pelikula niya, sinasabi ang totoo. Hindi kinakaila. Hindi nagpapa padding. Hindi mahilig magpa press release o magpa pansin.

Yan ang totoo. We dont compare Maricel with others dahil kuntento na kami sa kanya. At tulad niya, walang insecurities ang karamihang mga tagahanga ni Marya.
