you need to start on a teaching assistant course-level 1. Your local council should have info or local college. you will need to have literacy and numeracy qualifications up to standard. If like me you did gcse's you can update by taking city and guilds level 2 in both subjects. You can work as a level 1 ta and continue training up to level 3. Good luck !
