 I am working as a teaching assistant in a mainstream school supporting deaf children and I've been told that from September I will be teaching one boy Literacy and Maths on Mondays and Tuesdays as the teacher is absent on those days. I don't think this is right! I just have been passed off "as you'll get the teaching plans you'll be ok!" But I have no teaching qualfications!!!! Grrrrr! Not too sure how I will tackle this one. Any suggestions?
