Subject: Dyslexic as a result of suffering stroke

I am an Adult Learner Supporter. I am trying to help an adult learner re-learn their reading skills lost as a result of a stroke. Many words read to me show what appears to be signs of dyselxia, reversal of letters; words read back to front (ie 'ton' instead of 'not' (or) 'tub' instead of 'but'). Has anyone on this forum any experience of this situation and any pointers for me to help this person. Thank You. Helen.
