Just arrived back from my interview. I don't feel I�ve done that well. I was asked what qualities I had that make me a good team player, how I would deal with a child that had no interest/idea in a task. What value did I put on play and how did I feel a ta's role differed to a teachers.

I volunteer in the school where I had my interview and my ta qualification is from the OU which I think the head thought was too theory and not enough practise. The interview ended with them saying that the position has created a lot of interest and they will be interviewing all day today and tomorrow. Never mind it's all experience that was my first interview in 12 years. Good luck with yours
