I am looking for other regular ed teachers who are informed and concerned about the needs of the dyslexic, but are overwhelmed with trying to do the right thing to help the dyslexic with his or her needs and continue to be there for the rest of the class. Are there others out there who are giving lots of time and attention to the dyslexic to help their self esteem and to make accomodations and keep up with communication with parents and are exhausted because there isn't even enough time to do the normal duties in a regular classroom.

We are not all uncaring and uninformed when it comes to dyslexia.
