You have nothing to worry about. I did this course 3 months ago and I was so nervous about it but afterwards I was really pleased with what I had learnt and now feel a lot more confident that I could do the right thing if a child in my care had an accident or worse case scenario stop breathing and become unconscious. You really should do this course if other people's children are in your care. There is nothing that will make you feel queasy. Hope this helps!
