I am going to complete my essay on 'impact of Performance managaement' (LSA's) I currently do carry out Performance management on 2 LSA's in my school and I was wondering if people would respond by answering these questions. 1, I was wondering how many other schools do this? 2, If your school does do this how beneficial is it to you? 3, Does it have any impact on your job? 4, Do you see it a pointless exercise?
