I don't know what State your cousin lives in, but there are programs available. I work for the Highlander Dunn Institute in RI. We are a non-profit community of educators and professionals working to improve the educational experience of students who struggle with learning. You can check out our website for more information, highlanderdunn.org. Also the International Dyslexia Association may have a branch in your area.
It's never too late to learn.
