Look at the website for the National Autism Society regarding Early Birds coures or training. Be direct and precise with any instructions to the child - one instruction at a time. Prepare him for any changes to routine (especially supply teachers)if possible. Picture boards are particularly helpful. Try to get any adult who is in contact with him to follow the same way of dealing with him. Good luck.
