I don't use diapers myself because it wasn't how I was brought up but I believe the enemas and suppositories are the most important part of the correction process. Because of the constipation / misbehavior link (intestinal toxins affecting the brain), it's vital to flush the "evil" out of the child's rectum. And if you can use painful anal penetration with a nozzle (or just your fingers) as a threat, the way others use spanking, and still have a medical context for it - better still.
