 I have complained to the administratro about this problem that a select few seem to have. The answer I got is that he has banned some countries (I think Germany is one) from using a Sexboards forums. His explanation is that some people are using a foreign language that he doesn't understand, and he's afraid they're doing something illegal. His words, not mine.

Some people have been able to get in via a "back door." You might try a google search under "Stripping and Humiliation." The link should be among the first few, if not the first.
