Just to explain about the harness and reins. I wore a baby harness and reins all the time until I was about 8 years old. After that it was put on me for obedience training as my mother put it until I was 14. New harnesses and reins were bought for me at regular intervals. I was told how lucky I was as leather harnesses are very expensive particularly the handmade ones that you wear. Though you are lucky in that it is a friend of mine who makes them. Normally for toddlers but she can make them any size. At least four different baby harnesses at any one time. All of which were unbelievably humiliating.

I can remember when I was 11 years old, I was in nappies, plastic pants and hand made rompers. Mummy put this pale blue harness over my head. It had a winnie the pooh figure engraved on the front. I can recall to this day the smell of leather and the buckles being done up. This harness had extra control as my mother put it in that a leather strap also ran under my crotch and was fastened at the back.

The reins were clipped on to me and we walked around the park and across to my aunts house. As you can imagine the humiliation was awful even at that age.
