Recently, I have started catching my nephew trying to spy on his sisters. He is 10 and they are both 13. I've caught him outside peeking in on them, with his pants and undies around his ankles, and his hand between his legs. I have also caught both my nephew and my niece trying to see pictures of mens and womens private parts on the computer. I am wondering if this should factor into their punishment.
