I'd be very careful about that as it will run afoul of children anti-pornography laws.
If you do take them just to threaten him of sending them elsewhere, remember, everything you put on the internet is always on the internet and subject to interception by nosy people or the authorities through sophisticated search engines.
If that doesn't scare you find and use a polaroid type camera that provides an external print that you can save privately.
While my cousin, our usual family babysitter, took many photos of me fully exposed that was many years ago and while she still teases me once in a while with showing hem she keeps them in a safe place and is careful of who sees them.
