 My Mummy used to say that the best way to bring up a well-behaved boy is to subject him to prolonged humility training backed up by good old-fashioned bare bottom spanking.

She was consistently strict,a noted disciplinarian. Mother espouses the strict treatment of boys. She believes that it is always advisable to keep the teenage boy in a constant state of self-consciousness. Also to always, be on tenterhooks as to whether their bare bottoms will get a spanking. However, the bare minimum is to put a strict panty regime into place. This is naturally so much more effective if the panties are visible at all times. Therefore, the boy must wear a very short skirt or dress at all times.

She applied this treatment with vigour with me. The only time I did not wear a skirt was to school. But even their, I wore tight short shorts.
