the girl should be spanked totally naked in front of others.
If she has been really bad, her breasts should be spanked as well, until they are very red and sore. The girl should be made to sit naked in the corner in an arm chair with her legs hooked up over the arms...totally exposing herself to family and friends. To teach her a really good lesson in manners, you might order a pizza to be delivered by a boy who goes to her school, and when he delivers it, he is invited in to get his money...thus he will be able to see her this way, and he can have some fun sharing what he saw with the other boys at school.
