Anne had shared her submissive nature with her friends at work. They understood and felt she would not be happy without a partner able and willing to assert his authority effectively.
I did not know this and went reluctantly along with giving her a few slaps on her bottom which were a bore and did not meet her need.
I found out her friends and even her boss knew she was a submissive woman. I decided to see if they would help me by letting me know if she broke our rules whilst she was at work.I also said I wanted to seam her in order to establish the minimum effective punishment.
It was a good arrangement that people used in the 1950s. Anne was put in seamed stockings and told she would be spanked with increasing severity each time she was caught with them crooked.Her colleagues cooperated. Anne was reported whenever they were crooked.Initially she got a lot of spankings but quickly she started frequently checking her seams were straight and seldom got spanked for crooked seams.
I noted the severity of her last spanking and set that as her minimum punishment. It worked a treat she hardly ever needs spanking now. I find the results so satisfactory that I would no longer change it willingly even though I did not like the idea initially.Anne is far happier except when she is in trouble.
The point is that the discipline a submissive woman needs can not really be provided without people knowing about it and accepting the dom's authority. It enabled me to establish the minimum effective punishment and avoid appearing weak or over doing the severity and brutalising her.
Submissive women need effective and consistent discipline and that necessitates some degree of acceptance and cooperation with their dom's.
