 Hi.
From the age of 6 to 16 my mother used to discipline me in a very embarrassing way.
Even the most minor of rule breaking would get me 6 weeks of punishment.
Punishment went like this.

I would have my boys clothes removed and I would be spanked. I would then have a suppository shoved up my bum and then nappied. I would then be forced to wear girl clothes over my nappies so skirts, dresses and lots of pink. When I was at school I had to wear a skirt or dress fitting in with the girls school uniform. For pe I would have a leotard (or the standard shorts and top all boys and girls wore if we weren't doing gymnastics.) and for swimming I would have a black athletic style 1 piece swimsuit with a racer back.
More than just the girls stuff I would be babied as well. I would have a dummy all the time I wasn't at school. I would have to use my nappies 24/7 and was not allowed to use the toilet and I would have a swim nappy for swimming. I would have to wear armbands swimming despite the fact I could swim.
I would also have regular spankings both for bad behaviour and maintenance spankings. I would get 3 maintenance spankings a day. 1 When I woke up. 1 when I got home from school or just after lunch and 1 just before bed. I would be given an oatmeal enema with each spanking (to make sure there was mess to push out. Not going to do much giving me a suppository when I am empty.) and a suppository. Sometimes the morning suppository would be delayed to just before going to school to make sure I filled my nappy in front of everyone.

Any bad behaviour during punishment earned me a red bottom and reset the amount of time left on punishment so as you can guess I spent about 90% of my childhood nappied and dressed like a little girl.

For 2 weeks after punishment I would have a cooldown period. During this I could get rid of my dummy and I swapped my nappies for girls pull ups and I could again use the toilet (but my mummy had to come and watch me go) but the rest stayed the same.
I was fed laxatives and diuretics during this time to make sure I continued to have regular accidents in my pull ups and I was spanked for every accident.
