 After the initial reaction of wearing panties, little girl frilly ones are best. He will get used to panties if that is all he is allowed to wear. As was the case for me. A short denim skirt is very practical for the active boy as well. My mother was always telling me that my little skirt is an ideal play skirt for me to run around in.
