we are aware of the problem at this location .I will contact the local authority regarding this matter, because parts of the pavement on this stretch of road are not part of the highway. when i have seen the the map of the area with regards to which part of the pavement is public highway or non adopted highway we can act accordingly.And if the taxis are parked on adopted highway then the manager of the firm will be spoken to.
