Subject: Disneyland Tickets

The following information is from the LA Times. If you are going to take advantage of buying the adult tickets at the children's price you need to buy them before June 17th. As Kathy stated at the meeting, if you ask for this discount at your "local" Disney Store they will be able to sell you the discounted tickets.

Walt Disney Co.'s California theme parks will not offer any discounted admissions this summer because attendance has been picking up, a spokesman said.

During last year's summer travel season, Disney's then-newly opened California Adventure offered big discounts at the height of summer vacation to offset disappointing attendance in the park's opening months.

Since then, both California Adventure and Disneyland have offered frequent discounts in a bid to attract budget-conscious and travel-averse customers during the economic slowdown and post-Sept. 11 travel crisis. Disneyland and California Adventure are now offering Southern California adults admission at the children's price, but that will end June 19, said spokesman John McClintock.

"There won't be any other promotions of that nature during the summer months," he said

To whom it may concern,
I am a college student ana i wanted to take my two cousins and two nieces to Disneyland but it very expensive i got on the internet looking for tickets becasue i want to take them this next week coming up on August the 15th. Please if you can find or give me a big disocunt i'll be greatful and the children as well. Thank you Diana Ramirez

I called my local Disney Store and they said you only have a 3-day pass discounted. A three day adult pass is $119. Do you have a discounted 2-day pass???
