Don't know about server too busy? You can only email 50 people a day or something stupid on Hotmail so that could be it. One job worth doing is separating old addresses from new ones so you don't have to email so many people. When it says addresses don't exist just go down the list and take off the addresses it says don't exist and send again. Annoying but best thing is delete the addresses that don't exist afterwards.
