She cried when she felt him move away, the tears slipping down her cheeks again. Wearily she began to pull herself onto her elbows, despite the fact that she still hurt. She managed to slide into a seated position, her teary gaze finding M'kar. Her brow furrowed with a mix of physical and emotional pain, because she felt the sudden loss of her dragons. She couldn't feel them in her mind any longer. With a half-heartedly muffled sob, she inquired of him, "M'kar...? Where are we?" She hesitated, taking a fearful look around. She'd never been here. Even when she had died before, she hadn't come here, she never knew about this place...this place between realms.
